Improvements needed in cleanliness standards!!! It's disheartening to find dust in sofa crevices and grime around the wash basin. Signage for room amenities can be clearer, particularly for services like bath salts!!!

i had a comfy stay at ramada diplomat canberra! the bar/lobby area was chill for drinks and snacks, the room was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. also, free parking was a nice bonus, and it's cool that they have some sustainability stuff going on. definitely felt good staying there.

but the breakfast was kinda disappointing, food ran out quickly and wasn’t hot when it came out. also, some noise from the road and the restaurant made it hard to relax at times.

Room was spacious, et there was a super cool coffee machine. Loved the attentive staff who made our stay smooth. Plus, having a nice garden setting around was refreshing!
